Carrots salad

2 pieces carrots, gratted
1 leave lettuce
100 gr. green olive
1 tomato
1 red bell peper
100 gr. raisin
100 gr. feta cheese

Dressing.
100 gr. sour cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. sweet mustard
salt and pepper


Tear the leave a part and in the bowl. In goes carrots and the rest of ingredients. Mix all the dressing ingredients, pour on the salad before served.
