Rib eyes on fire


500 gr. Rib eyes steak, marinated with garlic, ketchup, chili, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

On the hot barbee about 10 minutes each side, depends on how hot the barbee is.

Serve with green salad and garlic bread.

Mozarella salad


300 gr. mozarella cheese
2 big firm red tomatoes
1 red onion
a handfull green lettuce
100 gr. green olive
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper

Tear the lettuce a part and spread them on en oval dish, slice the cheese, tomatoes and red onion, put them on the lettuce, use your art style. Mix the lemon juice and olive oil, salt and pepper, sprinkle the mix on the salad, and the olive in the end.

Beef, chicken or fish on barbee will be good to compliment the salad.
