Black Forrest

Hmmm....yummy cake for the chocolate lover.

Cake:
100 gr. sugar
125 gr. wheat flour
4 eggs medium size
1 tsp. ovalet
1 tbsp. vanila
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
200 gr. chocolate, melted
3 tbsp. melted butter

Whipped cream.
Chocolate, melted and make in to layer to cover the side.
200 gr. strawberry jam
2 tbsp. rum
Cherry fruit for the decoration.

Whipped the eggs, sugar and ovalet until it become white and fluffy. In case you can't find ovalet, just use 6 eggyolks indstead of 4 whole eggs. In goes flour, vanila, cocoa poewder, melted chocolate and butter in the end. In the baking tray brush with butter and in the oven for 25 mnt.

Whip the cream.
Cut the cake in 3 layer. Start the first layer on a tray, sprikle with rom, and smear with strawbery jam and cream, repeat with the second layer, and the layer on the top. Cover the cake with the rest of the cream. Do you creativity to finish the cake.
